About 30 large mushrooms
1 lb. breakfast sausage (I usually use Jimmy Dean)
1 cup cream cheese
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped black olives (optional)
Wash each mushroom and take out the stems. You can chop up the stems to include in the filling. Cook sausage and chop into small crumbles. Mix in cream cheese, bread crumbs, and half of cheddar cheese. Stuff mushrooms with generous portions and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in oven at 350 or about 15-20 minutes.
