1 Head Of Lettuce, Green Onions, Celery, Frozen Peas, shredded chicken, And Fried Won Tons Or Fried Rice Noodles..

4 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Cup Salad Oil
10 Tablespoons Vinegar
