Best Ever Sugar Cookies - Heidi and May

1 C powdered sugar
1 tsp cram of tartar
1 C white sugar
4½ cups flour
1 C oil
2 eggs
1 C butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda

Place ingredients into large mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed. Scoop small balls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-13 minutes. Cookies are soft. Remove from oven and cool completely. Frost with your favorite icing.
